Commercial Set

Certificate of Origin
Confirms Indian origin for tariff classification under HS code 0910.30.
Phytosanitary
Plant health certification issued for agricultural consignments at export.
Certificate of Analysis
The third-party lab report for the exact batch inside the container.

What each one is for — and, plainly, which of them we hold today.
IEC (Import Export Code)
Purpose: Mandatory registration for export businesses in India
Issued by: Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT)
Required for: All export transactions from India
Held IEC AAEFZ4602K — lifetime validity, updated annually on the DGFT portal.
FSSAI Licence
Purpose: Food safety licensing for turmeric and chilli
Issued by: Food Safety and Standards Authority of India
Required for: Food business operators in India

APEDA Registration
Purpose: Registration for agricultural product exporters
Issued by: Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority
Required for: Scheduled agricultural exports and APEDA scheme access

Organic Certification
Purpose: Verifies organic farming and handling practices
Issued by: NPOP (National Programme for Organic Production) / India Organic
Required for: Selling into a market as certified organic
Not held Our current lines are conventional, not certified organic, and we do not market them as organic.
We would rather tell you this up front than have it surface during your supplier approval. Every document we do hold is available to approved buyers on request.
Documents Are Checked Against the Sack
Batch IDs on the paperwork are reconciled against the batch IDs on the sacks before loading. If the file and the freight disagree, the container does not move.
It is an unglamorous discipline. It is also the difference between a clean release and a four-week demurrage bill.
