What We Measure
Six checkpoints that decide whether a batch is export grade or stays in the warehouse.
Curcumin Content
The number your buyers actually pay for. Premium grades run 4.0% – 5.5%, verified per batch rather than assumed from origin.
Moisture Control
Held to 8–12%. Above that, turmeric grows mould in transit; below it, weight and aroma suffer. Both cost you money.
Heavy Metals
Lead, arsenic, cadmium and mercury screened against import limits — the single most common cause of border rejection.
Microbiology
Aerobic plate count, yeast and mould, E. coli and salmonella. Food-safety failures are not negotiable, so we screen for them first.
Volatile Oil
Measured to confirm authentic turmeric aroma and flavour — the marker that separates real material from padded material.

Independent laboratories, not an in-house sign-off. Unbiased verification is the only kind a procurement team can defend.
